Westlake Prices $750 Million Tender Offer for 3.6% Senior Notes Due 2026

05:51 PM EST, 11/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Westlake (WLK) priced a tender offer for $750 million in 3.600% senior notes due 2026.

Holders who validly tendered their notes will receive $996.32 per $1,000 principal amount, the company said Monday in a statement.

The offer expired Monday with settlement expected around Wednesday.
