08:48 AM EDT, 09/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Westrock Coffee ( WEST ) said Friday that 97% of its outstanding public warrants to purchase shares of its common stock were validly tendered in its recently expired exchange offer.

All of its outstanding private placement warrants were also validly tendered, Westrock said.

The company expects to accept all the tendered warrants on or about Monday.
