07:45 AM EST, 01/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Westshore Terminals Investment ( WTSHF ) overnight Wednesday said it loaded 26.8 million tonnes of product in 2024. The average loading rate charged was $13.76 per tonne.

Adverse weather conditions in the fourth quarter impacted operations, while unscheduled maintenance prevented loading at Berth 1 for seven days in mid-November, the company said. Late last month, Westshore experienced a fire on part of one of its four stacker-reclaimers and repair work will take approximately two months.

The company is forecasting loading volume of 26.5 million tonnes for 2025, at an average loading rate for the year of $13.55 per tonne.
