Westshore Terminals to Launch Share Buyback

06:55 AM EDT, 04/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Westshore Terminals Investment ( WTSHF ) late on Thursday said has received TSX approval to make a normal course issuer bid to purchase for cancellation up to 807,118 issued and outstanding common shares, or about 1.3% of the company's stock.

The NCIB will run from April 15 through to April 14, 2026, or when the company has acquired all of the common shares sought under the bid.

Under its current NCIB, which is set to expire April 14, Westshore has purchased 714,009 common shares at the weighted average price of $23.15 per common share.
