07:57 AM EDT, 07/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Westwater Resources ( WWR ) said Thursday that it has signed a binding off-take sales agreement with Stellantis ( STLA ) unit Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.

Westwater said the agreement requires it to supply natural graphite anode material from its Kellyton Graphite Plant in Alabama to FCA's battery partner plants in the US.

The agreement also requires FCA to buy a quantity of product equal to a percentage of their expected volume each year, Westwater said.
