02:23 PM EDT, 07/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Wetouch Technology ( WETH ) said Friday it appointed Xing Tang as its new chief financial officer, effective July 8.

Tang replaces Yuhua Huang, who resigned, the company said in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Tang was most recently finance chief of Elong Power Holdings, according to the filing.

Wetouch ( WETH ) shares were down 5% in recent Friday trading.
