05:57 PM EDT, 04/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- WF International ( WXM ) said Wednesday it closed its initial public offering of 1.4 million shares at $4.00 apiece, raising $5.6 million.

WF said it granted its underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 210,000 additional shares. The Benchmark Company and Axiom Capital Management were joint book-runners.

The shares began trading on Nasdaq Tuesday.
