11:38 AM EDT, 03/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- WF Holding ( WFF ) shares were down more than 1% in recent Thursday trading after the company opened lower than its initial public offering price.

The Malaysia-based fiberglass reinforced plastic manufacturer priced its IPO of 2 million shares at $4 apiece late Wednesday. It opened at $3.97 Thursday morning.

The company said it expected about $8 million in gross proceeds. The IPO is set to close on Friday.
