Shares of specialty coffee company Reborn Coffee Inc. ( REBN ) are trading higher on Thursday.

The company is set to expand its global presence by launching flagship stores throughout Europe.

Guided by Reborn Coffee Dubai, the brand aims to establish locations in three major cities: Vienna, Austria; Florence, Italy; and Prague, Czech Republic, as part of its European expansion plan.

Reborn Coffee’s flagship location in Prague, scheduled to open in June 2025, represents a major step into Central Europe.

The launch, strategically timed with the height of the tourist season, aims to draw international visitors in search of premium specialty coffee at one of Europe’s top tourist spots. Additionally, the Prague store will act as a European showcase for the brand’s distinctive products.

“By strategically positioning ourselves in high-profile tourist destinations, we are not only expanding our footprint but also reinforcing our commitment to bringing premium specialty coffee, tea, and bakery to the world,” said CEO Jay Kim.

Reborn Coffee ( REBN ) is also preparing to launch new stores in Vienna and Florence, alongside Prague. Vienna, known for its rich coffee heritage, will combine traditional coffee styles with the brand's modern twist.

In Florence, Reborn Coffee ( REBN ) will open its second Italian location, capitalizing on the success of its first. These openings are expected to further strengthen the brand's growing presence in the global specialty coffee industry.

Reborn Coffee Dubai is seeking franchise and licensing partnerships in both Europe and the Middle East regions.

Price Action: REBN shares are trading higher by 22.3% at $6.835 at the last check Thursday.
