What's Going On With Willis Towers Watson Stock On Thursday?

Willis Towers Watson ( WTW ) shares are trading lower on Thursday. The company disclosed that Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM) is now leveraging Neuron, WTW’s digital trading platform, for live trading of Directors & Officers (D&O) and Cyber risks.

LSM’s capacity was activated on Neuron on March 31, 2025. Initially, this will apply to Cyber and D&O business lines, with plans to expand Neuron’s capabilities in 2025 by adding more classes and partners.

Neuron connects brokers and insurers in real-time, streamlining and speeding up the trading of complex specialty risks while improving efficiency throughout the insurance value chain.

By establishing a digital marketplace where participants retain control over their key assets and the flexibility to trade, Neuron is setting the benchmark for connected ecosystems based on transparency and consistency.

Carol Baker, Head of Digital Strategy at LSM, said, “This latest capability to digitally trade D&O and Cyber risks in real time on Neuron underscores LSM’s wider commitment to expand its digital capabilities, offering brokers a faster, more flexible way to trade risks while enabling tailored portfolio underwriting solutions.”

Investors can gain exposure to the stock via Litman Gregory Funds Trust Polen Capital International Growth ETF and Touchstone ETF Trust Touchstone International Equity ETF .

Price Action: WTW shares are down 1.16% at $311.17 at the last check on Thursday.
