09:29 AM EST, 11/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Wheels Up Experience ( UP ) said Thursday it has secured a $332 million revolving equipment notes facility with Bank of America ( BAC ) , and has acquired GrandView Aviation's fleet of 17 Embraer ( ERJ ) Phenom 300 and Phenom 300E aircraft.

The company first signed these deals for the transactions in October.
