09:08 AM EST, 11/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Wheels Up Experience ( UP ) reported a Q3 net loss Wednesday of $0.12 per diluted share, widening from a loss of $0.08 a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $185.5 million, down from $193.9 million a year earlier.

Comparable analyst estimates were not readily available.

Shares of the company were down more than 12% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
