09:05 AM EDT, 06/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- White Gold (WGO.V) said on Wednesday that it is launching a 2024 exploration program at its White Gold project in Canada's Yukon.

The campaign includes 2,800 meters of maiden diamond drilling across the Betty and QV properties. The company will also launch regional exploration on several other properties.

White Gold said the program will focus on identifying new targets to potentially increase its gold resources in the district.

"We look forward to an exciting year ahead as we continue to demonstrate the expansiveness of gold mineralization in the White Gold District and potentially other mineral resources," CEO David D'Onofrio said.
