White House says 25% steel and aluminum tariff to go into effect

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A 25% tariff on steel and aluminum with no exceptions or exemptions will go into effect for Canada and all other U.S. trading partners at midnight on March 12, the White House said on Tuesday.
