White Mountains Subsidiary Acquires Electrical Contractor in Tennessee

04:33 PM EDT, 04/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- White Mountains Insurance Group ( WTM ) unit White Mountains Partners said late Tuesday it has acquired a majority stake in Enterprise Electric, a specialty electrical contractor based in Nashville, Tennessee, and doing business as Enterprise Solutions.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
