04:26 PM EDT, 08/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- WhiteFiber ( WYFI ) said late Friday it has closed its initial public offering of about 9.4 million shares at $17 per share, raising about $159.4 million for the company.

WhiteFiber ( WYFI ) said it granted its underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to about 1.41 million additional shares.

The stock began trading on Nasdaq on Aug. 7.
