Financial terms were not disclosed.

Whitestone REIT ( WSR ) said World Cup Plaza is adjacent to Toyota Stadium and its acquisition is in line with the company's investment thesis of purchasing "well-located, neighborhood shopping centers in growing markets with strong upside potential."
