BlackSky Technology Inc ( BKSY/WS ) shares are trading lower by 16.9% to $4.19 during Wednesday’s session after the company announced the pricing of a $40 million public offering of 10 million shares at $4.00 per share.

The offering, solely from BlackSky ( BKSY/WS ), is set to close around September 26, pending standard conditions. The company has also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 1.5 million shares.

Oppenheimer & Co. and Lake Street Capital Markets are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering.
