Why Endeavour Silver (EXK) Stock Is Trading Lower

Endeavour Silver Corp ( EXK ) shares are trading lower by 10.3% to $3.83 during Tuesday’s session. The company announced a $145 million acquisition of Minera Kolpa and Huachocolpa Uno Mine.

What To Know: Endeavour Silver ( EXK ) has entered a definitive agreement to acquire Compañia Minera Kolpa S.A. (Minera Kolpa) and its Huachocolpa Uno Mine for $145 million. The transaction will consist of $80 million in cash and $65 million in Endeavour shares.

Additionally, Endeavour will pay up to $10 million in contingent payments based on certain milestones and assume $20 million in net debt from Minera Kolpa.

The cash consideration will be funded through a combination of proceeds from a new copper purchase agreement with Versamet Royalties Corporation, a bought deal financing and available cash.
