Shares of smart multi-spectral 3D vision software solutions developer, Foresight Autonomous Holdings Ltd. ( FRSX ) , are surging in premarket on Monday.

The company has teamed up with Nvidia Corp ( NVDA ) to incorporate their Jetson Orin computing platforms into its advanced technology.

This partnership is designed to improve Foresight's systems, especially for autonomous drones and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), by delivering computing capabilities for accurate environmental awareness.

The partnership makes use of both NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano and Jetson AGX Orin platforms to enhance Foresight's 3D perception systems.

Renowned for their robust AI capabilities, these platforms are specifically designed to meet the distinct requirements of autonomous drones and UAVs.

The NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano platform is built for smaller drones and UAVs, prioritizing lightweight design and compactness without compromising on performance or energy efficiency. This makes it ideal for use in expansive or remote locations.

In contrast, the Jetson AGX Orin platform offers up to 275 trillion operations per second (TOPS), allowing for real-time data processing, sophisticated obstacle detection, and precise terrain mapping in ever-changing environments.

Foresight’s 3D perception systems utilize both visible light and thermal long-wave infrared cameras, providing environmental insight in challenging conditions like low light, fog, or severe weather.

These technologies play a vital role in key applications such as search and rescue missions and agricultural monitoring, where accurate environmental awareness is crucial for ensuring safety and operational efficiency.

Price Action: FRSX shares are trading higher by 32.01% at $1.18 in premarket at the last check Monday.
