WildBrain Rating Put on Review For Downgrade by Moody's
Jul 3, 2024 9:32 AM

12:07 PM EDT, 07/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Moody's on Tuesday placed WildBrain's ( WLDBF ) "B3" corporate family rating, "B3-PD" probability of default rating, and "B2" ratings on the senior secured bank credit facilities on review for downgrade.

The company's speculative grade liquidity rating remains unchanged at "SGL-4." The outlook previously was stable.

The placement of WildBrain's ( WLDBF ) ratings on review for downgrade reflects the uncertainty around the company's ability to refinance $140-million of convertible debentures maturing in September and the subsequent expiry of the revolver on July 26, if the debentures are not repaid.
