WildBrain Repays $140 Million Convertible Debentures

05:31 PM EDT, 09/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- WildBrain ( WLDBF ) said after trade Monday said it fully repaid its $140 million issue of 5.875% convertible unsecured subordinated debentures.

The childrens' entertainment company said it redeemed the debentures at their full value and paid all accrued interest. As a result, the debentures were delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange at market close today.

Payments were processed through Computershare Trust of Canada, the animation studio added.
