Will be able to maintain yields at 12% in current fiscal, says IRB InvIT Fund

IRB InvIT saw a big rally yesterday on the back of an upbeat brokerage report. CNBC-TV18 spoke to Tushar Kawedia, CFO of IRB InvIT Fund and he sounded quite optimistic.

Kawedia said that we will be able to maintain yields at 12 percent in the current fiscal.

On projects front, he said most projects with two years operational history have given over 11 percent compound annual growth rate (CAGR).
