With less than 10 days to go for Diwali - the lights market in Mumbai still remains in anticipation of customers returning. With what has been a weak Ganesh Chaturthi and Navratri, all hopes are now on Diwali. However so far no signs of revival are visible yet. CNBC-TV18's Yash Jain gets a ground report.
