Will grow at 5-10% in FY21, says Sharda Cropchem

Brokerage firm Antique reiterates its positive view on Sharda Cropchem. RV Bubna, Chairman and MD of Sharda Cropchem, said: “We should still maintain that we should grow about 5-10 percent in FY21.”

"The company grew about 15 percent in the first half of FY21 in Europe. “We should continue to grow about 10-15 percent in the second half of FY21,” he said in an interview with CNBC-TV18.

He said European region accounts for almost 40-50 percent of the total revenues.

In terms of lockdowns in Europe, he said, “There has been no impact on the business so far, neither on the business, nor on the logistics, and the activities are normal.”

There is subdued growth in Latin America. “The reason for that is there has been a lot of economic and political instability in the region. There is a drop in revenues in Latin America,” he said.
