12:11 PM EST, 11/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Willdan Group ( WLDN ) said Friday that its Willdan Financial Services subsidiary has signed an agreement to acquire Compass Municipal Advisors.

The deal, expected to close on Jan. 1, 2026, will expand Willdan's ( WLDN ) regional footprint and strengthen its financial services, the company said.

Financial terms were not provided.

Shares of Willdan ( WLDN ) were up 2.4% in recent trading Friday.
