09:40 AM EST, 03/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Willdan Group ( WLDN ) said Thursday that it has acquired electrical engineering and construction management firm Alternative Power Generation.

Financial terms of the stock purchase agreement were not disclosed.

Willdan ( WLDN ) said the acquisition will bring expertise in data center substation design and construction management, microgrids, EV charging stations, and renewable energy projects.

Shares of Willdan Group ( WLDN ) were up more than 5% in recent trading.
