12:18 PM EST, 11/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Willdan ( WLDN ) said Wednesday it was selected for a $97 million contract by Alameda County, California, to deliver energy and infrastructure upgrades across 24 sites.

The project includes electrification of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, solar photovoltaic generation, electric vehicle charging stations, and other efficiency and maintenance improvements, the company said.

The company is also advising the county on securing external funding to lower overall project costs, it added.
