Willis Lease Finance Closes $45 Million Sale of Advisory Unit to Joint Venture With Mitsui

05:54 PM EDT, 06/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Willis Lease Finance ( WLFC ) completed the sale of its Bridgend Asset Management advisory unit to Willis Mitsui & Co Engine Support, a joint venture with Mitsui & Co., for $45 million.

Bridgend will be renamed Willis Mitsui & Co Asset Management, Willis Lease Finance ( WLFC ) said Monday in a regulatory filing.

Willis Lease Finance ( WLFC ) will retain a 50% stake in the joint venture.

Shares of Willis Lease Finance ( WLFC ) rose 2% in after-hours trading.
