12:18 PM EDT, 04/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Willis Towers Watson ( WTW ) said Tuesday it acquired credit risk management firm Global Commercial Credit to expand its scale and growth potential for its credit and political risk business in North America.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

As part of the transaction, Willis will also acquire ProfitGuard, a specialized credit risk management service that complements trade credit insurance.
