06:54 AM EDT, 10/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Willis Towers Watson ( WTW ) said Thursday it had acquired a stake in atomos, a UK-based wealth manager backed by Oaktree Capital.

The company said the investment follows a successful collaboration that began in late 2022, during which its investment engine supported atomos' multi-asset solutions.

The new partnership involves WTW taking partial ownership and providing additional capital for future growth.
