Willis Towers Watson Q2 Adjusted Earnings Increase, Revenue Falls

06:31 AM EDT, 07/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Willis Towers Watson ( WTW ) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Thursday of $2.86 per diluted share, up from $2.39 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.63 per share.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $2.26 billion, compared with $2.27 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.23 billion.

For 2025, Willis Towers Watson ( WTW ) expects share repurchases of about $1.5 billion, the company said.

Shares of the company were up 0.7% in recent premarket activity.
