Willis Towers Watson Sells Tranzact to GTCR, Recognize Partners

09:00 AM EST, 01/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Willis Towers Watson ( WTW ) said Thursday it has sold its Tranzact direct-to-consumer insurance distribution business to GTCR and Recognize Partners.

The company said in October that it had agreed to sell Tranzact to private equity firm GTCR and technology services investment platform Recognize for $632.4 million.
