09:23 AM EDT, 04/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Willow Lane Acquisition ( WLAC ) said Monday its planned merger partner, cloud infrastructure provider Boost Run, has achieved Nvidia's ( NVDA ) Exemplar Cloud validation on Nvidia Blackwell architecture.

Boost Run is expected to trade on Nasdaq under the symbol "BRUN" after the merger closes, Willow Lane said.

The designation provides an independently verified performance baseline for Boost Run's artificial-intelligence cloud platform, according to the press release.
