04:17 PM EDT, 06/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings ( WSC ) said Thursday it priced a $500 million offering of 6.625% senior secured notes due 2029 at 100.00% par of their face value.

The company said it plans to use the proceeds to repay about $493.5 million of borrowings under its asset-based lending credit facility along with fees and other expenses. The offering is expected to close on or about June 28.
