05:59 PM EDT, 03/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- WillScot ( WSC ) said Wednesday its indirect subsidiary Williams Scotsman has priced a $500 million private offering of 6.625% senior secured notes due 2030 at 100% of their face value.

The firm said it also issued a notice of conditional redemption of its 6.125% senior secured notes due 2025 at par of the principal amount of the notes outstanding, totaling $526.5 million.
