05:59 PM EDT, 03/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- WillScot ( WSC ) said Wednesday its indirect subsidiary Williams Scotsman has priced a $500 million private offering of 6.625% senior secured notes due 2030 at 100% of their face value.

The firm said it also issued a notice of conditional redemption of its 6.125% senior secured notes due 2025 at par of the principal amount of the notes outstanding, totaling $526.5 million.

The subsidiary plans to use the net proceeds of the offering, together with additional borrowings under its revolving credit facility, to help finance the redemption.

The company expects to close the offering Mach 26.
