12:24 PM EDT, 03/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- WillScot ( WSC ) said Monday that its indirect unit, Williams Scotsman, intends to enter into supplemental indentures for its 6.625% senior secured notes due 2029 and 7.375% senior secured notes due 2031 after receiving the required consents to proposed amendments.

The consent solicitations expired on Friday, and the supplemental indentures will become effective upon execution, the company said.
