Wilmington Capital Management Announced Resignation of Chairman of the Board

07:17 AM EDT, 03/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Wilmington Capital Management (WCM-A.TO, WCM-B.TO) overnight Wednesday announced that Ian G. Cockwell has resigned as Chairman of the board of directors. It said Cockwell will retain his position as a director of the corporation.

Effective March 27, 2024, the corporation has appointed Joseph F. Killi as Chairman and Timothy W. Casgrain as Lead Director.
