09:02 AM EDT, 04/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Winshear Gold Corp. ( HELOF ) said Tuesday that Mark Sander has stepped down as president of the company, but will continue to serve as a director.

The company has tapped Patricio Varas as a replacement for Sander, effective immediately.

Winshear is gearing up to launch its first-ever drill program to test the Coritiri Target at the Gaban Gold Project, in the Puno region of Peru. The program is expected to start in the third quarter 2024.
