04:49 AM EDT, 04/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Wipro ( WIT ) agreed to acquire Olam Group's IT and digital services business Mindsprint for $375 million in cash, Olam said Monday.

Olam also said it awarded an eight-year strategic transformation deal, with a $100 million committed annual spend, to Wipro ( WIT ). This deal will see Wipro ( WIT ) providing end-to-end transformation services to Olam Group, according to the statement.

The sale transaction is expected to close by the end of June, Olam added.
