With regards to individual promoters, Azim Premji tops the list with total cash earnings worth Rs 10,115. Premji is followed by Anil Agarwal of Vedanta with Rs 9,159 total cash earnings and Shiv Nadar of HCL Tech with Rs 6,492. Mukesh Ambani of RIL and Infosys founders are on the fourth and fifth rank with Rs 4,503 and Rs 4,120 total cash earnings, as per the report.
However, the cash-rich promoters are not the same as the wealthiest in the country. When it comes to total wealth, RIL's Ambani tops the list, followed by Premji and Adani family.
