Wisa Technologies to Implement 1-for-150 Reverse Stock Split

04:21 AM EDT, 04/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Wisa Technologies ( WISA ) said late Wednesday its board has approved a 1-for-150 reverse stock split that will go into effect after the close of trading Friday.

As of April 15, Wisa ( WISA ) shares will begin trading on the Nasdaq stock market on a split-adjusted basis, the company said.
