05:16 PM EDT, 03/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- WisdomTree ( WT ) said late Monday it plans to sell $525 million of convertible senior notes due 2031 in a private offering to institutional investors.

The company said it expects to grant the initial purchasers an option to buy up to an additional $78.75 million of the notes.

The use of net proceeds includes to help pay for the acquisition of Atlantic House, for the exchange of its 3.25% convertible senior notes due 2029 and other general corporate purposes, it said.
