06:37 AM EDT, 03/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- WisdomTree ( WT ) said Monday it will acquire London-based Atlantic House, a systematic manager with 4.1 billion British pounds ($5.5 billion) in assets under management, for 150 million pounds.

The deal, expected to close in Q2, will expand WisdomTree's ( WT ) defined outcome and derivatives exchange-traded fund capabilities and extend its models and portfolio solutions platform into the UK, the company said.

Atlantic House's investment team will continue to manage its current strategies, WisdomTree ( WT ) said.
