04:11 AM EDT, 06/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- WISeKey International ( WKEY ) said Friday that Peter Ward will retire as chief financial officer, effective June 30.

John O'Hara, who currently serves as CFO of the company's SEALSQ ( LAES ) subsidiary, will succeed Ward as finance chief, effective July 1.

Ward will remain as a member of the WISeKey ( WKEY ) board.
