WISeKey International Holding Subsidiary to Merge With Columbus Acquisition

05:14 AM EST, 11/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- WISeKey International Holding ( WKEY ) and Columbus Acquisition ( COLA ) said Monday that they have entered into a definitive agreement for a business combination between Columbus and WISeKey ( WKEY ) subsidiary, WISeSat.Space,

The merger will result in a public company listed on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange to be named WISeSat.Space Holdings.

Upon closing, WISeKey ( WKEY ) will receive 25 million shares in the new company at $10 per share and retain majority ownership.

The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2026.

WISeKey's ( WKEY ) shares were up over 5% in recent Monday premarket activity.
