04:11 AM EDT, 04/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- WISeKey International ( WKEY ) subsidiary WISeSAT.Space said Monday it will launch a satellite into space on behalf of the Swiss armed forces as part of an expanding partnership.

Financial details of the collaboration were not disclosed.

The WISeSAT satellite is scheduled to be deployed in Q3 aboard a SpaceX rocket and will be equipped with SealSQ ( LAES ) microchips, the company said.
