05:47 AM EDT, 04/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- WISeKey International Holding ( WKEY ) said Tuesday it received an extension from Switzerland's stock exchange on the deadline for the submission of its fiscal 2023 annual report until May 31.

The company argued it needed an extension due to the complexity of its finances during a fiscal year in which it partly spun off SEALSQ ( LAES ) .

At the request of Switzerland's SIX Exchange, the cybersecurity and technology company also released unaudited fiscal 2023 numbers showing the company's revenue for the year ended Dec. 31 was $31 million, up 30% from a year earlier and gross profit reached $15 million, up from $10 million a year earlier.

The company also said it narrowed its net loss to $15 million from $29 million a year earlier.
