09:48 AM EDT, 03/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- WISeKey ( WKEY ) unit SEALSQ ( LAES ) said Tuesday it has signed a letter of intent to buy Switzerland-headquartered Miraex, which develops photonics-based quantum interconnect products.

Financial details were not provided.

The LOI gives a 60-day exclusivity period during which the companies will conduct due diligence and negotiate definitive deal documents and is binding for Miraex, SEALSQ ( LAES ) said.

The deal is expected to be completed by the end of June, the company said.
