07:05 AM EDT, 03/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Wishpond Technologies ( WPNDF ) on Friday said it appointed Jordan Gutierrez as its Chief Executive Officer as he steps down from the role of Chief Operating Officer.

The company said Gutierrez succeeds Ali Tajskandar, who will be stepping down as its CEO to assume the role of CEO of SalesCloser, a separate publicly listed company spun out of Wishpond ( WPNDF ). Tajskandar will remain on the Wishpond's ( WPNDF ) board.

Wishpond ( WPNDF ) said its operational functions will be supported by its existing leadership team as the company evaluates its executive structure as part of its ongoing focus on operational efficiency and execution.

Shares of the company closed down 6% to $0.155 on Thursday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
